Home Visits

Our surgery has specialist equipment and facilities which allow us to treat patients effectively. The surgery is the best place for you to see your doctor.

If you can’t make it to the surgery and need the doctor to visit you at home you can help us schedule your appointment more easily by calling reception on 01546 462001 before 10:00

We have an excellent team of district nurses who visit patients who are unable to come to the surgery.  If you think that you need to see a district nurse please call 01546 703162

Been Off Work?

Sickness Certificates

If you unable to work due to any illness or injury lasting fewer than seven days you do not need a doctor’s sickness certificate.

Your employer may ask you to complete a self-certification form (SC2) which is available from your employer or on the HMRC website.

Evidence you are sick

If you are sick for more than seven days your employer can ask you to provide them with a Med3 or "statement of fitness for work".  Please call the surgery and we will arrange this if required.  Ideally please provide an email address that this can be sent to.
