We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
To pursue a complaint please complete this form and the practice manager will deal with your concerns appropriately. We adhere to the complaint handling procedures set out by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman- you should receive an acknowledgement of the receipt of your complaint and further information about the process within 3 working days.
