Childhood Vaccinations

Full information regarding the routine Scottish Childhood Vaccination programme is available at NHS Inform, along with a wealth of information regarding vaccinations in general.

Our practice strongly support the use of all routine vaccinations to prevent the recurrence or spread of many very serious diseases. 

Vaccinations are delivered by the NHS Highland Vaccination Team who will ensure that you and your child are invited to attend for all vaccination appointments on schedule.

Adult Vaccinations

Full information regarding Vaccinations for adults in Scotland is available at NHS Inform, along with a wealth of information regarding vaccinations in general.

Our practice strongly support the use of all routine vaccinations to prevent the recurrence or spread of many very serious diseases. 

Vaccinations are delivered by the NHS Highland Vaccination Team who will ensure that you are invited to attend for vaccinations for which you are eligible. You may also be able to manage vaccination appointments, view your vaccine history and update your contact preferences through the online portal.

Unfortunately, our practice cannot assist with arrangements for vaccination appointments- if you believe that you have not been invited for vaccination when you are eligible, please contact the NHS Highland Service Delivery Centre:

Travel Health / Vaccinations

Travel Vaccinations are provided by Community Pharmacies- locally by Truhealth Pharmacy. Please contact Truhealth Pharmacy directly for further advice.

 

We recommend allowing at least 6 weeks before travel to make arrangements for vaccination and any other health issues (e.g. antimalarial medications)
