A new appointments system was introduced on 29th May 2017 (details on our homepage)
You will soon be able to book appointments online using Patient Services.
In order to register for this service, please ask at reception- you will be asked to complete a form and provide ID and following this will be sent a link to complete your registration.
We run one late evening surgery every week between 18:00 - 20:00, where you can see a doctor or a nurse. Late surgery is usually on a Thursday, although this may change, depending on staff availability. Due to the lack of staff availability the Extended Hours service has been temporarily withdrawn during the COVID-19 outbreak
Our nursing team has an extensive mix of advanced skills.
You are able to book nurse appointments in advance and on the day.
Some of our team are able to deal with acute, chronic and specialised medical problems in the same way as our GPs.
You may be advised to see a specific nurse rather than a GP and similarly you may ask to see a specific nurse rather than a GP.
With our new appointment system, introduced on 29th May 2017, we can take telephone queries at any time during our opening hours and will call you back the same day. Occasionally the GP will request you book a consultation in advance to discuss specific results, reception will advise you.
If you can’t attend your appointment please tell us as soon as possible so we can give the slot to someone else.
